About Me
While I grew up in the sunny south, I recently moved to an area of the country where it gets cold every winter. I have always been a sports enthusiast, but I love to play outdoors. The first winter in my new state I spent a lot of time indoors at home not realizing just how many local winter sports leagues there were. I then met a new friend at work who encouraged me to join a few. The next winter I had so much fun that I now look forward to winter instead of dreading it. I learned how to play a new sport --- ice hockey! I love it and am eager to share my hockey tips, along with tips on a variety of other sports, on my new blog. Come back often for new sports tips!
